The hotel was very clean and well-maintained for the price.

✓Second. Skypark Kingstown Hotel Dongdaemun

This was a great place to stay for exploring Dongdaemun.
The subway and airport bus are both 5 minutes away from the hotel.
It was great to walk around the accessory stores and clothing wholesale stores.
The lower floors of the hotel building were all shopping centers.
It was great to walk around Gwangjang Market!
●Point
- Accommodation specialized in tourism and shopping!
- 5 minutes from Dongdaemun Station on Line 1 and the airport bus stop.
- There is a bathtub in the bathroom.
- The TV is a smart TV, so YouTube, etc. are available.
- There is a bed guard for babies.
- There is a shared kitchen on each floor.
- The breakfast was good value for money.
- It is the best location for Dongdaemun tourism and shopping.
- There is a shopping mall in the basement of the hotel building, so it was very convenient.

✓Third. UH FLAT The Seocho
6 Best Hotels in Seoul Under $110/night
It’s about 40 minutes away from Myeongdong and Jongno.
However, it’s close to COEX and Express Bus Terminal Shopping Center.
I recommend it because the room feels like home!
The kitchen is fully equipped and there’s a washing machine.
If you go 2 stops north, you’ll find Express Bus Terminal Shopping Center,
and if you go east, you’ll find COEX, so there’s a lot to see!
This place is perfect for families who want a comfortable home-like place.
●Point
- A comfortable accommodation like my home
- A residence-style accommodation with fully equipped kitchen facilities
- The kitchen facilities and bathroom area are very clean
- There is a washing machine and detergent
- There is no additional cost for towels and water even if you request them
- The surrounding amenities are very good
- There are many restaurants nearby
- Disney, Netflix, etc. are all logged in on the TV

The location was really good
Cheonggyecheon is right in front, and there are many good restaurants around the hotel
Most tourist attractions are within walking distance
It is a 3-minute walk from Cheonggyecheon.
The subway is 5-6 minutes away

Cleanliness and transportation were the best for the price
The room was clean and I liked the bathtub
The subway and airport bus are 10 seconds away from the hotel
However, there weren’t many famous tourist attractions or restaurants around the hotel
Myeongdong and Namsangol Hanok Village are 10 minutes away on foot

- 10 seconds from the subway and airport bus stop
- A really good value accommodation for 3 people, about $100 per night
- The toilet, bathtub, and faucet are all separate.
- The quality of the equipment is good.
- Disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste provided
- The TV is large compared to the room size.

- Good soundproofing
- There are not many restrictions on the hotel, so it is free

It is a 5-minute walk from Gwanghwamun Station on Line 5 to the hotel.
There is an airport bus stop right in front of the hotel,

The shared kitchen was very large and clean, and there were a lot of tourist attractions and places to eat around!
The room was spacious for the price.

- The shared kitchen and shared office were really good
- You can eat cereal, coffee, ramen, etc. in the shared kitchen as much as you want at any time
- The hotel’s feedback is fast.
- It felt like a guesthouse, so it was good for making new friends
- It’s a 3-minute walk from the subway exit to the hotel, and the airport bus is right in front
- There are many good restaurants nearby.
