Hi, this is Loah’s dad.
Today We visited Malddong donut cafe and Pigmon donut cafe with Loah.
Both are located on the outskirts of northwest Seoul.
This is a great place to take photos to commemorate your travel in Korea.
Especially if you’re traveling with kids, it’s a great place to visit, even if it’s a bit far.
There are so many cafes in Korea
In particular, each cafe has a different concept, so Loah recommend you to visit the cafes in this guide.

●Approximate location (Malddong donut)
As you can see on the map, it is located in the northwest of Seoul’s outskirts,
There’s also a pigmon donut above the Malddong donut.
If you’re traveling by bus, take bus 2200 from the bus stop right in front of Exit 1 of Hapjeong Station.
Munbal-dong. Araenmal, get off at Paju-si stop. It took about 12 stops and 40 minutes.
It’s about a 17-minute walk from here, and the bus ride is similar. I’d rather use a map and walk.

● Malddong donut cafe
It’s not a very Korean place at all.
That’s why Koreans love it so much.
Today, also Loah follows her mom on an adventure!
Let’s go in together!
The spaciousness and stunning interiors
soothe our hearts that we have traveled so far.
There are so many places to take pictures everywhere.
Let’s go up to the second floor.
Not many seats, but,
but it’s still pretty spacious!
This is the view from the second floor looking down to the first floor.
I was so disappointed that they didn’t have any donuts at 5pm on a Friday.
I was so disappointed,
I couldn’t help myself, so I got some ice cream.
The atmosphere here is very different in the light and in the dark.
I think it’s especially pretty at night.
I wanted to introduce the donuts here, but I didn’t.
There is a large Lotte outlet store nearby, so you can go shopping,

Bye Malddong Donut!
Next place, Pigmon Donuts.
Introducing Pigmon Donuts.
●Pigmon donut cafe
If you board at Hapjeong Station and go directly to Pygmon Donut
Take bus 2200 for 13 stops, about 50 minutes.
If you’re going from Malddong Donut, go back to the bus stop where you got off and take the
and take the 2200 1 stop up the street (about 10 minutes).
The name of the stop is Matgoeul, National Folk Museum of Korea.
It’s a small, rural stop. Across the street from here, on the right, is the Pigmon Donut Cafe.

● Pigmon donut cafe
Whereas the horse manure donut cafe I mentioned earlier is a place for both kids and adults.
this one, Pigmon Donut Cafe, is completely kid-friendly.
There are plenty of places to take pictures with kids outside.
Loah has grown a lot!
There are some great photo spots inside, too
This place is smaller than Malddong Donuts.
but it has a much cutie atmosphere
I could take hundreds of photos here.
A mockup of a cake donut that looks like it’s about to melt and drip!
Kids feel like they’re in a fairy tale.
Too cute
So many families are having donuts and drinks.
The donuts are a little more expensive than other places.
They usually cost around 5,000 won each.
Drinks are also around 7,000~8,000 won per glass.
It’s a bit expensive.
We recommend the super cute Pigmon Donut Cafe.
Right in front of the cafe is the Korean Folk Village and Heiri Village.
●Closing Remarks (Donut cafe)
If you’re traveling to Seoul and want to try an offbeat cafe, this is the place to go.
Especially if you have small children.
However, if you’re traveling by bus, it might be a bit far, so keep that in mind.
Now the Loa family is off to find the next place!
We will introduce you to more wonderful places~!
Stay tuned
