- Clean and spacious for the price.

● How to get to UH FLAT SEOCHO Hotel. (Seoul Gangnam Hotel)
I’m taking the subway with Loah again today~
Today Loah will walk without a stroller.
It takes about 8 minutes to walk from Nambu Terminal Station on Subway Line 3 to the hotel.
When you look at the map of Seoul, it is located in the south-southeast.
It is located in Seocho next to Gangnam. The subway has Line 3.
If you are using the airport bus, take bus 6016 and get off at the last stop.
Airport bus fares and bus timetables.
Total travel time is approximately 1 hour and 36 minutes.
Get off at Seocho Xi Apartment stop and walk for about 8 minutes.
If you took the subway
Get off at Nambu Terminal on Line 3 and take Exit 6.
It is convenient because there is an escalator.
Go straight in the same direction you were going.
Turn right into the alley between Hanil Cement and Myungin Pharmaceutical.
It took about 3 minutes to get here.
Go straight for about 5 minutes and you will see a BMW repair shop on your right.
Across from there is a hotel.
Although the appearance is disappointing
The rooms are practical.
There was no staff to welcome us and no check-in service.
Of course, there is no welcome tea.
All hotel facilities were excluded.
Fortunately, there is a waiting room.
It’s clean and comfortable.
Check-in at this place is 4pm.
The price is cheaper if you check in after 7pm.
If you check in after 7pm for 2 people, the price is very cheap!!

The hallway feels more like an officetel than a hotel.
You can open the door with the number key.
As soon as you enter, you can take off your shoes.
There are a lot of very large storage closets on the right.
There are surprisingly many storage cabinets.
Among them is a shoe dryer.
There is a bathroom right next to it.
The bathroom looks a bit small.
But it was very clean and stylish.
There are 4 large shower towels, 4 regular towels, shower gel, shampoo, and hand wash.
In Korea, the provision of disposable amenity products is prohibited from March 2024.
Toothbrushes, etc. must be prepared separately.
When you come out of the bathroom, you can see the living room and veranda in front.
You can see the kitchen on the left.
The refrigerator is very large and clean.
Kitchen utensils are well-equipped.
A washing machine and detergent are provided.
There is a microwave that doubles as an oven.

It feels more like a clean officetel than a hotel.
There is a TV, sofa, and massage machine in the living room and veranda.
I gave up on the view outside the window. Ha ha ha ha ha

The TV is automatically logged in to various OTTs such as Disney and Netflix.
You can watch it for free.
There is a room behind the sofa.
The queen size bed is very neat.
There is a dressing table and styler.
There are 5 hangers and still plenty of storage space.
The outlook is not good,
But, I really liked the room
Although it is a room for 4 people, it is unfortunate that there are only 2 dining chairs.
Other than that, this accommodation is satisfactory in all respects.
It feels like all unnecessary hotel facilities have been removed and all quality has been added to the rooms.
It feels like my comfortable home.
I especially like that I can do laundry and the kitchen is well equipped.

A large convenience store located 1 minute away from Building B.
If you turn left there
There is a large supermarket
This place is about a 5-minute walk from the hotel.
You can purchase food ingredients, and there is also a wine discount store.

It’s about a 2-minute walk from the hotel.
There are many delicious restaurants nearby.
There are also many hamburger and chicken restaurants.

Take subway line 3 and go 2 stops
There is an express bus terminal station.

This place is very spacious and gorgeous.
If you go upstairs, various pop-up stores are opening depending on the season.
If you go to the Famille Station next to it,
You can see numerous restaurants and dessert shops.
They are all connected underground
It’s very good to travel even when the weather is bad

● UH FLAT SEOCHO Hotel Advantages and Disadvantages. (Seoul Gangnam Hotel)
Advantages
- Excluding the existing hotel’s swimming pool, gym, and breakfast, this place feels like a no-frills hotel.
- The comfortable rooms feel like home
- Approximately 8 minutes’ walk from Nambu Terminal Station Exit 6
- Lots of restaurants nearby
- There are good convenience stores and cafes nearby.
- Soundproofing is okay
- All OTTs such as Disney, Coupang Play, Netflix, etc. are logged in.
- It was nice to have a styler and shoe dryer.
- When I first entered, the temperature was just right and it was comfortable.
- The kitchen facilities were quite neat, and the cleanliness and arrangement of the dishes was very good.
- The refrigerator was clean and large.
- The hood is great and eliminates odors.
- It was nice to have a washing machine and detergent.
- The massage chair was pretty good.
- I liked that the bathroom towels were soft and plentiful.
- The bathroom bidet was okay.
- Towels and water are added immediately upon request (free).
- There are good convenience stores, restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets nearby.
- It was nice that there was a rest area where you could rest before checking in, and there was a restroom next to it.
Disadvantages
- There is no sign telling you to take off your shoes at the entrance, so I think some people may enter wearing them.
- The bathroom is clean and nice, but it feels a bit narrow.
- I was a little embarrassed because the bathroom door was opaque and had a slightly flimsy door haha.
- There was no shelf in the kitchen to dry dishes after washing them.
- The kitchen was convenient as it had most of the utensils, but there were no tongs or plates.
- This room for 4 perseon, and there are 2 chairs at the kitchen table.
- When cooking was done in another room, there was a brief smell of food.
- The living room sofa is made of fabric, so there may be some opinions.
- The view outside the window is a bit disappointing.
- If you have a young baby, consider the fact that the floor is tiled. (We had no problems)
- It feels like a better officetel than a hotel.
- All explanations can be viewed after accessing the QR code, which is a bit annoying.
